Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.
Shipping Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or customs.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected method.
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $49!
Discounted or promotional items still qualify toward the free shipping threshold unless otherwise stated.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If tracking doesn’t update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to refresh their system.
Missing or Lost Packages
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office first.
- If you still can’t locate it, email us at contact@tomysuprise.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
Note: We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to select international locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Customs processing may extend delivery times.
